Lone Star Land Management managed six (6) different units for us
in Waco, Texas and they did a wonderful job.
They actively marketed any vacancies, did all of the background checks,
took care of all maintenance issues, and completely insulated us from the
tenets. If there ever was an issue with
a tenet, we never knew about it. In five
years of service, we never had a single eviction and I can only remember one
late payment. The local management was
always a delight to deal with on our side, and from the few tenets we did speak
with, they had nothing but praise for Lone Star.

Charlee Whiteside and Lone Star
Land Management Company has been our property management team since we
purchased our China Spring duplexes on April 27, 2006. We are out of town
owners and needed someone who was close to the properties and familiar with the
tenants. Before we made our purchases we interviewed the tenants that were
currently leasing the units. The tenants in all of the units said wonderful
things about Charlee so with proven track record we
asked her to manage our units. This has been a very good decision for us. Charlee does all the little things out of town owners are
not able to do, she oversees the complete day to tday
and month to month operation without our input.

Lone Star Land Management and Charlee Whiteside. Lone Star Land Management has been managing
our property for us since 2001. In that
time we had no problems with the care taking of our properties. The management has always been excellent and
professional and they keep you informed of any problems that may arise with the
property. They have an outstanding staff
that does the refreshing after a tenant has vacated the premise. The outside of the property always is well
kept and this adds to the appearance in any neighborhood. You can tell a Lone Star property by the upkeep
on the outside of the building just in riding through the development.
Charlee Whiteside is a very
competent, professional Property Manager.
She is always aware of what is going on with the properties and she has
excellent communication with the property owners as well as tenants. You can be sure that if there is a problem that
she will address it and find a solution in a timely manner. She is certainly an asset to the company.
