and I have been a tenant of Ms. Charlee for almost a year now. She has helped
make living here more of a home to me. Ms. Charlee listened to my needs and
placed us in a duplex that fit the needs of me and my children when we were
desperate for a place. She is always available when I need her. If there are
any problems I am concerned about, she makes sure that they are taken care of
ASAP. If I need to discuss anything, she listens. She has met me to pick
up the rent when I was not able to take it to her. She is a very understanding, warm hearted
person. Ms. Charlee has helped provide me and my family a home with less stress
